I run LiamMail from Edinburgh on a flexible schedule around my full-time job — a focused, deliberate side venture. Small businesses lose customers not because of their service, but because nothing's happening online to keep them coming back: no follow-up emails, a website that's nearly ready, branding that's never quite landed. You work too hard for that — and you shouldn't be paying agency prices to fix it. That's why I keep things fair.
Behind that is over a decade in marketing. I started in B2B, marketing to the travel trade, moved into B2C across social media, and for the last few years I've focused on email — which is why it sits at the heart of what I do here. It's the channel I know best, and the one that quietly earns its keep for a small business. That range means I see how the whole picture fits together — where email sits alongside your website, brand, social and local presence — and, working from Edinburgh, I know the Scottish small-business scene first-hand.
Alongside LiamMail I build WealthR — a modern wealth platform used directly by UK investors and offered as a client portal by advice firms. Building it keeps me close to how advice firms work, and investing and the markets are a genuine interest of mine — so you're dealing with someone who speaks your language and won't need the basics explained.
